1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with Android Drop Bridge Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. We also offer a free tier and a free trial of Pro, so you can evaluate the app before paying.
2. How to Request a Refund
Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Use the link in your Paddle order/receipt email, or look up your order at paddle.net; or
- Email info@kodiqa.com with your order reference and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
3. Subscriptions (Yearly Plan)
You can cancel a Yearly subscription anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. Renewal refunds outside the 14-day window are considered case-by-case.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated buy-refund cycles) or fraud, to the extent permitted by law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
