1. Who We Are

Android Drop Bridge (the “Software”) is a product of Kodiqa Solutions, a software company based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. These Terms govern your use of the Software and this website (androiddropbridge.kodiqa.com). By downloading, purchasing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Orders & Payments (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment, billing, taxes (VAT/sales tax), and order-related customer service. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business use, subject to your plan:

• Free — a no-cost tier with core features.
• Pro (Lifetime) — a one-time purchase granting perpetual use of the Pro features in the purchased major version.
• Pro (Yearly) — a subscription granting Pro features while active; renews annually until cancelled.

A free trial may be offered. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software except where permitted by law.

4. License Keys

Pro access is unlocked with a license key delivered after purchase. Keep your key confidential; keys may be limited to a reasonable number of devices.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Software lawfully and only with devices and data you own or are authorized to access. The Software uses Android Debug Bridge (ADB) and/or a local network connection to transfer files; you are responsible for the data you move with it.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodiqa Solutions is not liable for any data loss or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Always keep backups of important files before transferring them.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
